As of 11.59 pm (New Zealand time) on Wednesday 25 March 2020, New Zealand will be placed into COVID-19 alert level 4.
This requires everyone, bar those providing essential services, to stay at home with business premises closed and nationwide travel severely restricted.
Our office is now closed and our staff will be working remotely until further notice.
We are monitoring emails and phone messages and will respond to any queries as soon as possible.
We recognise that much of the world has also gone into quarantine due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
This is an unprecedented crisis situation but one which we all need to join the fight and do our bit by self-isolating.
So we finish our season early but what an amazing season it’s been with lots of wonderful tours and happy customers from around the world exploring New Zealand and Australia.
We also have an amazing team and that has been more evident than ever over the last few months with disruptions to travel from bad weather, road closures, and now COVID-19.
We would like to thank all our agents and our suppliers. We look forward to working with you over the next few months of ‘quiet’ time to build some amazing experiences ready for when normal services can be resumed.
This is an unprecedented period in the tourism industry, but with your support, we are confident that we will be back stronger than ever and we are looking forward to it!
For now please stay safe.
